About two months ago, rumors about a low profile Geforce 9600 GT from Galaxy were spread around in the internet. Now the first cards have been sighted on Tokyo's Hardware market Akihabara.
The clockspeeds of the graphics card with the name
P96GT-LP/512D3 match the default values of 650 Megahertz for the core and 900 Megahertz for the memory, although
Galaxy just had half the space available.
The card is said to have a DVI and a TV out connector. A DVI to HDMI adaption is possible but not confirmed. Power supply is realized via a 6-pin connector. According to
Fudzilla the card is sold for about 93 Euro (ca. $145) - unfortunately in Japan only. So if you hope to get a high powered card for your HTPC you have to hope for Galaxy to sell the P96GT-LP/512D3 in other countries, too - as long as you don't live in Japan that is.
