Asus 9800GT, 9600GT and HD 4850

Asus: More graphics cards with Matrix cooling

Xfastest was able to get the first pictures of future Asus graphics cards with the Matrix cooling solution. It looks like there will be a Radeon HD 4850 in addition to the two Geforces 9600 GT and 9800 GT.

The Matrix cooler uses DHES (Direct Heat Exhaust System) that is a dual slot solution and blows the warm air out of the case. Two pipes transfer the heat of the GPU to the big aluminum corpus, a third one connects several aluminum fins. All cards with the Matrix cooler are part of the Republic of Gamers series.
