With the PC3-10666 Platinum, PC3-12800 Gold and PC3-10666 Gold, OCZ introduced six Triple Channel memory kits for Intel’s Nehalem platform.

The kit will consist of three modules (because of Triple Channel) with one or two GiByte capacity each. So the customer can choose between three and six GiByte. The PC3-12800 modules run at 800 MHz (DDR3-1600) with 8-8-8-24 latencies, while the PC3-10666 modules are clocked to 667 MHz (DDR3-1333) and have the timings 7-7-7-20 (Platinum version) respectively 9-9-9-20 (Gold version).
It’s interesting to see that OCZ specifies a voltage of all kits with 1.65 volt on the
official website. This also is the maximum Asus recommends for their P6T Deluxe OC Palm Edition sample we received some days ago.
