Far Cry 2 hasn’t been officially released, yet, but there already is a new Catalyst driver available for download. The Far Cry 2 Hotfix patch is supposed to improve the performance of single Radeons and Crosssfire systems.

According to AMD the
Hotfix for Far Cry 2 delivers the following improvements:
- Far Cry 2 DirectX 9: better performance of Crossfire systems
- Far Cry 2 DirectX 10: better performance of single GPUs and Crossfire systems
AMD offers two Hotfix downloads – one for Windows XP (32 and 64 Bit) and another one for Windows Vista (32 and 64 Bit). Both versions also contain the Catalyst Control Center. AMD explicitly points out those are experimental drivers and not fully tested yet.
