Original news: September 8, 2009 The release of Etherica was initially planned for April 2009, but modder vizzart is still working on the Crysis map project which had been started in March 2008. Etherica is supposed to be located in real places. New screenshots show some mythical secrets, an atmospheric forest and some worth seeing time of day effects.
With the pictures in our gallery you can pass the time until Etherica is released. For more
information about the impressive map project see the Crymod Forum.
Update: November 3, 2009 In the meantime modder vizzart has released the Etherica map for download. You can find the file, which is about 150 MB big, in the
Crymod Forum. An installation guide is available, too.
The modder also released several screenshots to demonstrate the enhancements of the map. In our gallery we have some of the previews.
