Very nice, it is hard to find reviews for that resolution, could you please do more tests with a greater choice of games, new games and old please?

Stalker inst playable in 2560x1600 at all...

How can the Radeon 5870 more than double its FPS in crossfire in Stalker Clear Sky (1920x1200) ?

I wouldn't call WoW mainstream and I think it would be much better to test with Transparent/Adaptive AA in WoW instead of edge detect - picture seems to be much better this way, especially in forest areas.

Games are not old. STALKER definitely isnt.

The games represent a array of different type of games and different engines used. You have there the most demanding (Crysis, FC2, STALKER) and more mainstream (WoW, HL2). HL2 btw is good representation for Source engine, you can easily put it in contrast with newer games like Left 4 Dead.


Crossfire looks very good. 2 5850's looks like the sweet spot. Real shame about micro-sttutering, is it still noticeable or not so?

how about benchmarking on brand new games rather benching on older ones?does anyone really care what scores these cards can achieve on stalker,hf2 or even WoW these days?
