Usually MMORPGs don't look as good as the latest state-of-the-art titles that are not based on a permanent internet connection. But as Star Trek Online is regarded, this thesis can be applied only to certain parts. While the starships, space itself and the battles are definitely worth-seeing, there are also some things, like poor textures, sloppy planet surfaces or clipping bugs that lower the gaming experience.
