PC Games Hardware is on site at the Cebit 2010. On our first tour through the halls, we noticed the Asus Xense, which is bundled with the Sennheiser PC 350. The Xense apparently offers a DVI output, a SPDIF output (coaxial) as well as 6.3 mm jacks for headphones and microphone. Power for the PCI Express x1 sound card is supplied via a 4-pin molex connector. The Xense offers a SNR of 118 dB and the amplifier supports up to 600 ohms impedance for headphones.
Asus also showed a headset that looks quite a lot like the Sennheiser PC151.
