Opinion makers: PCGH-editors speak their minds. Our editorial staff's new ideas about a current topic. This week: The Sims - which adaptation is still missing?
Left 4 Sims: Perfect for beginners. The Zombie-Sim never dies and has nearly no needs. After eating the brains of his 12.000 neighbours he won't be asking for anything but to see a naked picture of Milla Jovovich.

In early February of 2010, The Sims got ten years old. Founder Will Wright - long term chief executive of Maxis, inventor of the Sims - launched the series in 2000 which continued with unequalled success. Simple game play paired up with everyday activities of a real life were the main reasons for its popularity. On the other hand, probably no other game was as polarising as The Sims. One thing cannot be argued about: The Sims series has sold better than any other game there is: The fans bought over 125 million copies. Founder Will Wright hit the bull's eye, ten years ago, that has been followed by two sequels and countless add-ons. Recently, Electronic Arts even announced part 4: The Sims Medieval.

The Sims: What do I do there?
The general game play of the original The Sims is quite simple: You take over control over a Sim that makes friends in his neighbourhood and that makes money at work. With sufficient funds you can turn his shack into a palace. There you can found a family or some other kind of living community that consists of up to eight characters. Loving couples might expect offspring brought to them by a stork. The sequel was very much the same game. The main difference was, that the Sims could now grow old and die.

The Sims: This can't be everything about it!
No, it can't. The earliest announcement of the Sims blacksmithing swords or meeting preparations for the royal wedding made us editors ask ourselves the question where this sequel-journey will lead. The Sims 1942? The Sims Chuck Norris? The Guitar Sims? Grand Sims Auto? The slideshow's underlines will tell you, wich masterpieces you may expect from future The Sims titles. No responsibility is taken for the correctness of this information.

Do you know any other The Sims titles that should totally hit the shelves? Use the commentary option.
